So yesterday afternoon as my hand and arm were numb and my shoulder ached, I could deal with it. But when my left leg went numb in part too, then I went to the walk-in clinic near my office. So I've been off chocolate completely for 2 weeks now. What a difference. In fact almost everyone with whom I'm in contact daily has noticed the difference. I'm less cranky and agitated. I have the feeling that my body is forcing me to eat more healthy foods, and cut out the fat and junk almost altogether. My digestive system lets me know in no uncertain terms that it no longer likes fastfood. After meeting with my migraine doctor he's decided that I should go back on the Neurontin immediately. Half the dosage starting immediately, then the rest of it in a week. I can trace the increase in my headaches to the time I completely went off the Neurontin, plus I've noticed that I'm more stressed about deadlines and my inability to focus or ( Read more... )

As I was getting out of my car I spilled all 24 oz. of my hot tea on the pants leg of my suit. It wasn't too hot, so that wasn't what irritated me. It wasn't that it spilled all down the front of my pants, which were black, so that didn't irritate me too much, although the dry cleaning bill will.
